The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in all aspects of technology who considers themselves to be a quick learner, able to pick up new technologies and systems, and who would thrive in an environment providing professional and friendly support to colleagues who are less confident with technology.

A natural problem-solver would thrive in this role, which involves working as part of a multi-skilled team, acting as the first point-of-contact for our charities staff whenever they have a problem or query regarding the charity’s CRM system or the data within. The ideal candidate would demonstrate a thirst for knowledge and growing their skills through a combination of training, shadowing experienced colleagues, and on-the-job learning.
