We are looking for an experienced and passionate Individual Giving Officer to work as part of our Fundraising Team.

The Fundraising team exist so we can fund services and respond to the current mental health emergency. We have developed an ambitious 5-year growth strategy to help more people effected by mental health problems. To enable us to deliver this strategy, we are investing in all Fundraising streams and in particular Individual Giving and Legacies so we can grow income from £300k to £1.3m over the next 4 years.  The Individual Giving Officer will play a pivotal role in growing income and increasing supporter growth and engagement. There is also incremental expenditure investment across the programme year on year.

How you will make a difference

The Individual Giving Officer will work with the Individual Giving Manager to drive forward the Individual Giving strategy for Mental Health UK. Using both acquisition and retention activities they will grow the supporter base, increase life time value and deliver exceptional supporter experiences. They will use a variety of channels including digital, and develop authentic content to deliver outstanding engagement campaigns and supporter journeys for regular givers, cash supporters and payroll givers.   They will also contribute to the Individual Giving & Legacies team and wider Directorate activities and plans which will deliver ambitious fundraising goals.

*London Allowance is paid for roles that are based within the Greater London area only.
