We are looking for an experienced and passionate Referral Hub Administrator to work as part of our Advocacy Team.

You will report directly to the senior advocacy referral administrator, who reports to the referral hub contract manager.

You will work directly with the other referral administrators, the senior referral administrator, and the contract manager to deliver services, as well as contract managers, supervising advocates, and advocates within the separate advocacy services.

How you will make a difference

As Advocacy Referral Administrator, I am the first point of contact for anyone contacting the Single Point of Access of our Advocacy services.

I provide first response to clients or referrers and co-ordinate the referral/triage process, working closely with the Contract Manager and Locality Team Leaders.

I provide a first-class customer focused service; responding positively and professionally to a wide range of contacts by telephone, email, post, and webchat.

I work directly with social care and health staff, stakeholders, carers of, and people with learning disabilities, physical and sensory impairments, acquired brain injuries, young people, older people and those with mental health needs.

I am committed to delivering a timely and personalised response to all contacts, ensuring that our Advocacy service is delivered efficiently and effectively in accordance with prioritisation and statutory / contract timescales.
