About the Role
Rethink Mental Illness is seeking a compassionate Health and Wellbeing Coach to support individuals at HMP Millsike as part of our integrated mental health team. You’ll work with residents on Step 1 interventions, providing mental health support to help them manage their recovery, develop goals, and build confidence during their time in prison. This role also involves group facilitation, peer mentor development, and service user engagement activities to promote mental health awareness and support in preparing individuals for release back into the community.

Qualifications & Skills
Desirable: Experience in a prison or criminal justice setting and additional mental health training (e.g., Mental Health First Aid).
*Appointments will be at the minimum of the band.
